C.V. Howe, Founder & PrincipAL
C.V. has worked with dozens of early stage brands across all manner of CPG categories, helping them streamline operations, commercialize products and reduce costs and complexity. His background in CPG spans over 15 years and includes leadership positions with Avery Brewing Company and Quinn Snacks, along with several years in consulting prior to founding Van Wyck Ops. His passion for the CPG industry and consulting is derived from the incredible entrepreneurs and people he has had the privilege of working with, and the joy and accomplishment found in bringing innovative, climate-friendly, impactful new CPG products to life. C.V. holds a BA in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University, and lives in Vermont with his wife, three young boys and chocolate lab, Woody. In his spare time he enjoys his family, mountain biking, split-boarding, and fly-fishing the lakes, ponds and streams of northern New England.
Cori Stevens, operations manager
Cori is an experienced operations leader with a love for mission-driven brands. Holding a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, she’s dedicated to making a positive impact on both the environment and society within the CPG space. Cori started her career at Kodiak Cakes, which was a small startup at the time. After several years in senior operations roles, driving growth and operational improvements, she helped transform the company into a nationally recognized household brand. Eventually, Cori shifted to consulting, where she now helps early-stage brands scale and streamline their operations, combining her hands-on experience with a strong commitment to purpose-driven work. Outside of work, she loves spin classes, reading mystery novels, and hunting for the best coffee shops in town. She lives in Utah with her partner, their two kids, and a very fluffy black dog.
